TRAINING

Stefan Saunders trained at the London School of Sports Massage in 1995 where he gained a Diploma. He is also a qualified Staff Nurse, trained as
a Children's Nurse and works part time in Neonatal Intensive Care.

He has a varied sporting background having rowed as a schoolboy at Chiswick School plus rowed for 8 years on the South Coast at Southampton Amateur Rowing Club. He achieved Hants/Dorset and South Coast Championship Medals in fours and pairs. He has also competed in distance running, cycling and triathlon. In 2003 he cycled end to end from Lands End to John O'Groats covering 972 miles.

His client base is varied treating rowers, runners from Southampton Running Club and Team Southampton, gymnasts, world and British dance champions, triathletes and professional sailors. He also works with
Lowford Clinic where he treats referred clients from a sporting and
non-sporting background.
